This 16 hour course will immerse you in the world of Agile Scrum. Agile methodologies are becoming the standard for delivering software and other types of projects as they continuously outperform traditionally managed projects. You will learn about iteration planning, product roadmap and backlog, estimating practices, user story development, iteration execution and retrospective. You will also learn about the Scrum ceremonies and team roles.
