Course Description

Once you have advanced past auto, it is time for an in-depth understanding of what you and your camera can create and do. This practical class will build on your basic understanding of apertures, shutter speeds and ISO using practical exercises to explore light, as well as learning how to take night shots and capture fast moving objects. All this information will be presented in a straightforward format with time to practice your new skills and have all your questions answered. What to bring to class: d-SLR or mirrorless camera, any additional lenses, extra batteries or fully charged batteries, memory card and owner's manual.

 

*Please note: Cameras can be d-SLR or mirrorless, ideally cameras with removable/interchangeable lenses. To get the most out of the program, the camera should also be capable of full manual control.
