The Leadership in Action program at Camp OC is designed to empower high school students by providing them with the tools to become confident, effective leaders. Over the course of the program, participants will engage in a range of interactive learning experiences that cover leadership fundamentals, conflict resolution skills, communication strategies, and teamwork dynamics.

By applying these skills in real-life camp activities in the classroom, participants will build their leadership abilities while receiving feedback, helping them reflect on their strengths and areas for improvement.
