Course Description

This intensive 5-day (30-hour) course is designed to give automotive service technicians a solid working knowledge of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), with an emphasis on real-world, hands-on calibration and diagnostics. Students will learn the theory behind common ADAS technologies including forward, side, and rear cameras and radar systems and gain extensive practical experience performing setups and calibrations on actual vehicles equipped with modern ADAS features.

Participants will spend approximately 40% of their time on theory and 60% in the shop, using industry-standard calibration tools and procedures. AST's recent investment in ADAS-equipped vehicles and new equipment ensures each student practices on real systems, building confidence and skill for immediate workplace application

Learner Outcomes

Upon successful completion, participants will be able to identify, diagnose, and calibrate key ADAS components to OEM standards, enhancing safety and ensuring vehicles meet manufacturer requirements and receive a certificate of completion.
