Course Description

For children entering grades 1-3 in the fall:

Make sure you eat breakfast and bring a water bottle, because this week we will burn some energy! Prepare to run, jump, climb and race. We will play games, work on our physical stamina, challenge each other using both our brains and body. This week is full of challenges, puzzles, races and fun! Don't forget the sun screen, as we will be mostly outside!

Payment and Registration:

Payment for camp is required at time of registration.

Registration must be completed online. You will need to pay with a VISA or MasterCard credit card or VISA or MasterCard credit debit card only.

Campers will experience many different activities throughout the week, most of which take place outdoors. Please ensure campers are prepared for outdoor activities and bring a pair of running shoes, sunscreen, a hat, and a water bottle.

What to bring to camp 

This camp will be held mostly outside. Please make sure to bring runners, sunscreen, a hat and a water bottle.

Please pack a backpack that fits your child properly with the following items daily: 

Clothing and footwear appropriate for the weather and participation in physical activities outside. 

A nutritious lunch including 2 healthy snacks. Due to allergies, please do not include any nut butters or nut snacks. Campers will not be able to purchase food at camp and will not have access to the cafeteria or vending machines. 

Emergency supplies if applicable. E.g., masks, inhalers, medication for allergies etc. On the first day, let the staff know where the emergency supplies are in your child’s backpack. 

Please note: we recommend labelling all personal items. If items go missing, please check the Lost & Found. All unclaimed items will be disposed of at the end of summer. Our staff will do their best to help campers keep track of their items, however, we will not be held responsible for any lost or broken items.
