CAMP 9600 - Camp OC Volunteers
Course Description
For youth entering grade 9-12 in the Fall:
You can expect to be working with children in the classroom, assist the teachers with activities, help with supply and materials, develop leadership skills, build self esteem and have a lot of fun! We expect you to be helpful and engaged as well as professional and reliable.
The number of volunteer house will be recorded and can be counted towards graduation. We will report back to the School District you are attending and you will receive a reference letter from Camp OC that you can use in the future when applying for schooling and/or scholarships.

Camp OC Volunteer Orientation and Workshop
All Camp OC volunteers are required to attend the Volunteer Orientation and Workshop meeting, unless otherwise agreed upon. Please see below for dates at your campus.
What to expect: You will get to meet the Camp OC Staff, tour the campus, go over expectations and responsibilities, ask any questions you might have, prepare you for the summer activities and eat some yummy snacks.
What to bring: WCB form (please pick one up at your schools career counsellor/adviser office)
