CAMP 9600 - Camp OC Volunteers
Course Description
For youth in Grade 9-12:
As a Camp OC Volunteer, you can expect to be a big buddy to the children in the classroom, assist the teachers with activities, help with supplies, and have a lot of fun! We expect volunteers to be helpful and engaged, as well as professional and reliable.
The number of volunteer hours you complete will be recorded and can be counted towards graduation. We will report back to the School District you are attending and you will receive a reference letter from Camp OC that you can use in the future when applying for schooling and/or scholarships.
If you are interested in learning more about our Leadership in Action program in partnership with your local school district - please visit our Camp OC main page for information. Applications are done through your schools Career Centre.
