CAMP 9600 - Camp OC Volunteers
Course Description
For youth entering Grade 9-12 in the Fall:
We have exciting new opportunities for our volunteers this summer! Please visit our main Camp OC page for information regarding our Leadership in Action program in partnership with your local school district.
As a Camp OC Volunteer, you can expect to be work with children in the classroom, assist the teachers with activities, help with supply and materials, develop leadership skills, build self esteem and have a lot of fun! We expect you to be helpful and engaged, as well as professional and reliable.
The number of volunteer hours you complete will be recorded and can be counted towards graduation. We will report back to the School District you are attending and you will receive a reference letter from Camp OC that you can use in the future when applying for schooling and/or scholarships.
