In this 42-hour course, learn how to apply your expanded understanding of kinesiology into movement mechanics and program planning and design, while learning correct and safe exercise techniques. You will gain confidence in your ability to develop safe, effective and efficient exercise programs for people with varied needs and goals. Visit community fitness facilities to practice using cutting-edge equipment and take advantage of the opportunity to build your own network of industry professionals. Pre-requisite: Fitness Theory course or college/university equivalent.
