Immerse yourself in Okanagan’s culinary ambiences.  Indulging in the fresh and wholesome flavors of Okanagan region.  This learn to cook series will have you exploring, cooking, and tasting food designed to introduce students to the gastronomic culture of the locality. If you have a love of food and the Okanagan region you will enjoy this delightful learn to cook series. Join red seal instructor and spice master, Chef Jim Armstrong in creating spring recipes including hand crafted focaccia, gnocchi with local vegetables and chocolate semi-freddo.
