Course Description

This learn-to-cook series is designed to introduce students to the preparation of a Traditional Italian meal. You will cook your meal under the guidance of our red seal instructor and spice master, Chef Jim Armstrong who will demonstrate Italian cuisine and spices. Participants will learn where to shop for the right ingredients and how to prepare those ingredients into a delicious Italian meal with a local sparkling wine pairing.
