Get ready to roll your own creations. Join red seal instructor and spice master, Chef Jim Armstrong in creating Asian inspired recipes. This course will have you exploring the world of Asian cooking with recipes that you always wished you knew how to cook at home, at the end of this course you will have learned a new skill that you can share with your family and friends. In this course you will learn how to make gyoza, sushi and Thai salad roll paired with the perfect dipping sauces. End the course with a beer pairing from a local Okanagan Brewery.
