Course Description

Get geared up to do home renovations yourself and feel comfortable around hand and power tools! Tools are often feared, but should not be. Our Red Sealed instructors will provide you with instruction and hands on practice to make you comfortable with tools and how use them safely

In this workshop, you will learn how to use basic hand and power tools safely, their common uses and names, and you will leave with a simple shelf for your walls. This workshop is geared towards all those who have no experience with tools or some experience but want to learn how to use them properly and safely. Note that closed-toe shoes are a must. Please also no baggy clothing and all hair must be tied back.

Tools used: hammer, square, screwdrivers, drill, circular saw, jigsaw, mitre saw, and power sander.
