TGI 009 - Trades Entrance Assessment (TEA)

Course Description

The Trades Entrance Assessment is designed to provide an alternative entrance option for students who may not have met the required Math and/or English entrance requirements within the allowable time frame or cannot provide official documentation proving such. Before registering for an assessment, please refer to your program’s entrance requirements to check which assessment(s), if any, are options for you to write.

Your registration in this Assessment includes a Math and English practice assessment, and one opportunity to write the assessment. After a two-week study period, an additional attempt is offered to students who do not achieve the minimum passing requirement on their initial attempt. Study resources are supported. Please ensure you write the assessment prior to the due date provided by the Registrar’s office.
