Course Description

This learn-to-cook series is designed to introduce students to the gastronomic culture of France. Red seal instructor and spice master, Chef Jim Armstrong will explain and demonstrate classic French culinary techniques – from sautéing to searing and sauce-making. In a teaching kitchen, participants will explore, prepare, cook and taste the Parisian-inspired menu.
