In this hands-on class, you will learn the techniques of how to make a pie crust that is flaky, and delicious. We'll teach you how to make the dough by hand and successfully roll it out, and how to crimp the edges to make your pies look beautiful. A variety of pie fillings will be explored and will vary by the Okanagan season and what can be found locally in our region during the growing season. The class will be finished with how to decorate the top of your pie, making it not only taste delicious but also look beautiful. You will leave the class knowing how to make pie crusts and pie fillings to share with family and friends for years to come.
