Course Description

Over two days, immerse yourself in carpentry and culinary arts. Begin by crafting a custom charcuterie board in our state-of-the-art Carpentry shop, learning tool safety and techniques. Leave this Saturday with a beautiful hand-crafted charcuterie board this will for sure be the centrepiece for your next get-together.

Return the following weekend with your board to our commercial kitchen to discover the art of making handmade crackers, marinades, quick pickled cucumbers, focaccia, and candied nuts. Under the guidance of our instructor, assemble a gourmet charcuterie board featuring meats, cheeses, and a wine pairing from a Okanagan winery. Take home your prepared board, ready to impress at your next gathering – this might very well be a good evening to have some friends over. By the end of the workshop, you'll have the skills to create and present your own exquisite charcuterie boards.

Note: closed toed shoes and long pants are required. Tie back long hair.
