Course Description

Experience the exquisite flavors of Vietnam Led by Red Seal Chef and Spice Master Jim Armstrong explore the rich culinary heritage of Vietnam, from its diverse regional specialties to its emphasis on fresh ingredients and vibrant flavors and discover the deep roots in the traditions of Vietnam, this hands-on program will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to create authentic Vietnamese dishes in your own kitchen. Recipes explored including Vietnamese beef pho, Vietnamese fried spring rolls paired with traditional dipping sauce. End the course with a beer pairing from a local Okanagan Brewery.
